Ecuador offers a great diversity of routes for Nature lovers, turning into a great destiny for adventures like Hiking. The Lloa – Mindo trail is a great remote hiking route, which takes you from the Andean humid high forest into the evergreen rain forest. This trek starts at the altitude of 3000 meters and continues to the altitude of 1200 m with temperature ranging between 15 and 25 degrees.
The Rain Forest stretches over the slopes of Pichincha Volcano, at altitudes from 4,700 to 1,400 meters, (15,500 to 4,600 feet) and covers diverse ecosystems ranging from the cloud-high, treeless plateau called "páramo" through subtropical forest to Amazon tropical rain forest.

Abraspungo Area - Chimborazo
This high altitude trek is suited for those who are in good shape and enjoys mellow hiking through the Andes. This trek starts at 3200m and passes through agriculture land and up into the valley called Abraspungo. This valley was created by glacier carving in the past and now separates the sister mountains of Chimborazo and Carihuairazo. During this hike you will reach a maximum height of 4000m and then we drop back down to 3000m. The entire trek follows dry trails and leads through a wonderful paramo region known for its own distinct high alpine vegetation as well as animals. On nice clear days this trek offers great views of the all-powerful and impressive Chimborazo as well as other snow-capped volcanoes in the lower lying valleys.

This 8 day trekking is a combination of a soft trek in a warm climate and mountain trek from Papallacta until Cotopaxi volcanoe.
