The Cuyabeno Wildlife Reserve well known as a biodiversity hot spot is one of the most spectacular sites in the Amazon Basin. The Cuyabeno Reserve formed by a lagoon system, habitat of pink dolphins and manatees; the sky colored by macaws and toucans is the perfect place to get into this enchanted and remote world. Our naturalist guides will lead you through amazing trails and streams including different activities such as hikes, canoeing, bridwatching in a plain hospitable atmosphere.
Our operation is located in the upper part of the Cuyabeno river, near the Laguna Grande. Our campsite belongs to a local family who found Eco-Tourism as the best alternative to protect their land and culture.

Upon your arrival to Lago Agrio your naturalist guide will pick you up and transfer you to the Cuyabeno River Bridge by private pick up truck for Ranchera for about 3 hours drive. Walking through a primary forest learning about the Tropical Rainforests natural history as well as the different uses of plants for medicine, building, among other uses.
